Commercial Scope & Customer Eligibility (21+)

Shenzhen Sampson Technology Co., Ltd. ("Manufacturer," "We," "Us") provides original equipment manufacturing (OEM) and original design manufacturing (ODM) services strictly to legally recognized commercial entities, licensed extraction processors, brand distributors, and retail dispensary operators ("Buyer," "Client").

All products supplied by Sampson are empty, non-cannabis, non-tobacco electronic hardware components and packaging materials. We do not manufacture, possess, formulate, or distribute substances containing controlled cannabis oils, THC, or liquid chemical active ingredients. The Buyer must certify that all purchasing representatives are at least 21 years of age and hold all necessary commercial operational permits in their respective jurisdictions.

Technical Sampling, Aperture Sizing & Prototype Sign-Off

To ensure zero defect rates during commercial filling, Sampson strongly recommends physical sample evaluation prior to full production runs:

• Aperture Calibration: Hardware sample units are configured with specific intake aperture diameters (0.9mm, 1.2mm, 1.6mm, 2.0mm) based on Buyer-provided viscosity parameters (live rosin, high-terpene extract, or distillate).
• Golden Sample Standard: Upon written Buyer approval of prototype samples (either via formal email sign-off or digital confirmation), those approved units establish the binding "Golden Standard" against which mass production dimensional tolerances are inspected.
• Sampling Dispatch: Evaluation samples typically dispatch within 24 to 48 business hours via DHL Express or FedEx Priority air freight.

Manufacturing Tolerances & Quality Thresholds

Mass hardware manufacturing inside our Class 100,000 cleanrooms operates under strict statistical process control (ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 Standard) with documented mechanical tolerances:

• Sub-0.3% Defect Benchmark: We maintain a commercial hardware failure threshold under 3‰ (≤0.30%) across total delivered quantities.
• Micro-Ohmic Resistance Accuracy: Heating resistance elements are calibrated to 1.4Ω ±0.05Ω to ensure uniform thermal draw performance.
• Outer Diameter CNC Metrology: Cartridge tank and mouthpiece outer diameters are maintained within ±0.05mm tolerances to prevent automated multi-needle filling collisions.

Heavy Metal Compliance & Analytical Testing Warranty

Sampson explicitly warrants that all delivered vape hardware—including full ceramic center-posts, medical-grade SUS316 stainless components, borosilicate glass reservoirs, and food-grade silicone seals—complies with the strictest international heavy-metal limits:

• California Phase 3 Limits: Lead (Pb) < 0.5 μg/g; Cadmium (Cd) < 0.2 μg/g; Arsenic (As) < 0.2 μg/g; Mercury (Hg) < 0.1 μg/g.
• ICP-MS Spectrometry Verification: Analytical testing is conducted via Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry under extended extract soaking intervals.
• Batch COA Delivery: Representative batch Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are delivered alongside commercial invoices for state auditing records.

Commercial Quotations, Order Confirmation & Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed upon in a formal Supply Contract, standard commercial terms apply:

• Quotation Validity: Official proforma invoices and volume quotations remain valid for thirty (30) days from issuance, subject to raw material metal/ceramic market indexing.
• Standard Payment Milestones: Standard production runs require a 50% deposit upon proforma invoice sign-off to initiate raw material cleanroom allocation, with the remaining 50% balance due upon pre-shipment inspection approval.
• Authorized Payment Channels: Payments must be transmitted exclusively to official corporate banking coordinates designated by Shenzhen Sampson Technology Co., Ltd. (Always verify accounts directly with Kevin Wang to prevent phishing fraud).

International Logistics, Incoterms & Customs Clearance

Sampson ships hardware globally under standardized Incoterms (EXW, FOB Shenzhen, CIF, or DDP):

• Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): For qualified North American and European destinations, we coordinate door-to-door bonded DDP freight where all import customs clearances, documentation, and local port duties are managed directly to the Buyer's facility.
• HS Classification Codes: Goods are exported under legitimate, recognized international electronic hardware HS codes without regulatory ambiguity.
• Freight Inspection: Buyers must inspect outer pallet seals upon receipt. Any obvious freight carton damage must be documented immediately on the courier consignment note.

Defect Replacement & RMA Warranty Policy

In the rare event that hardware fails to conform to the agreed Golden Standard due to factory manufacturing flaws:

• Warranty Duration: All 510 cartridges, pod hardware, and AIO devices carry a six (6) month functional warranty from the date of physical receipt.
• RMA Claims Process: If verified defect rates exceed the 0.30% manufacturing threshold, the Buyer submits defective batch lot numbers, filling logs, and high-resolution video documentation demonstrating failure (e.g., electrical short or silicone seal leak).
• Remedy Protocol: Upon engineering verification by our quality department, Sampson will furnish 100% free hardware replacements in the subsequent production shipment or issue a corresponding credit note against outstanding invoices.

Regulatory Evolution & Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for failure or delay in manufacturing performance resulting from acts of God, extreme natural disasters, global supply chain embargoes, maritime blockades, or unforeseen statutory statutory shifts in destination state/country vaping legislation.

The Buyer assumes sole responsibility for ensuring that the hardware dimensions, tank volumes (0.5ml, 1.0ml, 2.0ml), and retail packaging child-lock mechanisms comply with local state regulatory frameworks in the jurisdiction of final oil filling and retail distribution.
